Owners can't publish a rig themselves — PickRV reviews every listing before it goes live. And no host is paid until their government ID passes verification; we keep only the pass result, never your host's raw ID.

Your card never touches our servers; every payment runs through Stripe, encrypted end to end. Your money is held and accounted for to the cent, then released to your host on the terms you agreed.

PickRV does not sell insurance. Renters arrange their own coverage and hosts may carry their own commercial policy. Confirm your personal auto or RV policy covers rentals before pickup — PickRV is not the insurer.

PickRV is for every traveler. Discrimination of any kind — by race, religion, gender, identity, orientation, disability, age, or background — has no place here, and any host who turns someone away on those grounds is removed.
